The Collins Chabane School for Artisans (CCSA) is a legacy project of the National Youth Service (NYS). The primary aim of the programme is to contribute towards the reduction of unemployment among young people. The programme is named after the Honourable Collins Chabane as a way of honouring his legacy. And commemorating life-long passion of a stalwart who tirelessly fought for the youth of this country. The School will serve as a powerful beacon of hope to our people and will honour the memory of this great son of the soil.
The NYDA, through the National Youth Service (NYS) Programme invites unemployed young people to apply for an opportunity to participate in this Skills Development Programme.  
Participants in this programme will be offered a twelve months’ full qualification in the following fields:
The programme targets unemployed youth between the ages of 18 to 35 years. You are advised to indicate the district you would want to be placed on your covering letter.
Admission Requirements:
· South African Citizen
· Unemployed
· Minimum Grade 10 with Mathematics and/or Mathematics Literacy
· Maximum Matric Certificate with Mathematics and/or Mathematics Literacy
