The Business Consulting Services Voucher programme had conducted a survey with accredited Services Providers who were active on the programme.

Communication were sent to all active service providers and based on the responses received, further interviews were conducted hence the following profiles were:

SERVICE PROVIDER: MOITSOADI ACCOUNTANTS

Moitsoadi Accountants was formed in 1998 and accredited by UYF to be a voucher service provider in 2006. It was accredited to render the following services through the voucher programme:

• Business registration (cc)
• Bookkeeping and financial administration
• Financial accounting system

Moitsoadi Accountants has been active in all the services it was accredited for because, after clients had registered their businesses and their businesses started operating, they come back for financial and accounting systems services. For the existing businesses clients normally go for book keeping and financial administration voucher and it has also turned out to be the most popular or highly demanded voucher.

The voucher programme has given Moitsoadi Accountants a positive impact as demand for their services has been high and this helped in income generation for the business. Their client base has also increased thus contributing to the growth of the business.

To date Moitsoadi Accountants has assisted ± 250 clients of which mostly were existing businesses and have been assisted to sustain and stabilize their businesses. Moitsoadi does not only offer the voucher services to the clients but they also assist with development of business ideas and business advises where needed.

Moitsoadi Accountants have assisted and helped their clients to be financially sustainable and dependable. This has helped in assisting most of the clients to secure business and for those who deal with supplying of goods to be consistent with a healthy cash flow.

Due to the good financial records that the clients have they have managed to attract investors and contractors to work with them. One of Moitsoadi’s clients managed to secure a cleaning contract with Spoornet, another client is contracted to a funeral palour to provide catering services for interested clients who use that funeral palour.

The two mentioned examples shows that Moitsoadi has helped it clients to be able to market themselves and their services in order to get big long term contracts. With a healthy budget they are able to provide a good quality service to their clients thus making the contractors to want to keep them for a longer period.
